TERMS

General Terms

  • Please message me before placing an order to discuss the details of your request (through discord: hoshikuchi or X: @Hoshikuchi).

  • It will be more comfortable if the language for our commission communication is English.

  • All payments are to be made via PayPal Invoice, so I may need your Paypal e-mail, unless otherwise specified (e.g., Ko-fi for LoRA commission).

  • I reserve the right to decline any commission that does not align with my values, or comfort level.

  • I reserve the right to post the finished commission on my social media unless you request otherwise.

  • During our communication while I work on the commission, please limit our discussions to topics related to the commission itself. Personal questions or unrelated topics will not be addressed.

  • I reserve the right to adjust these terms at any time without prior notice.

LoRA Commission Terms

  • Your requested LoRA model will be showcased on my Civitai page unless you opt for the "Exclusive Commission" Add-On on ko-fi.

  • You may need to prepare the dataset for your commissioned LoRA unless you opt for "Need Dataset" Add-On on ko-fi (Please read the instruction there for further information).

  • Accepting only 1 default outfit per-character (no multi outfit character LoRA for now).

AI Illustration Commission Terms

  • I accept both SFW and NSFW commissions, but I will not take on requests for content that makes me uncomfortable, such as loli, gore, etc. (please read the general terms above).

  • Each commission covers one character illustration only.

  • When placing your order, please provide the character details, pose, and any references.

  • As the illustration is created with the assistance of AI, I recommend avoiding intricate poses and highly detailed outfits. I may not accept requests for poses or outfit details that I find difficult to execute. It’s best to message me first to discuss this or check my Pixiv for examples of poses and outfit styles that I typically create.

  • Once the commission details are confirmed, I’ll provide you with a selection of images to choose from as your main commission picture (think of this as the sketching phase).

  • You may request up to 2 revisions.

  • You will receive one high-resolution final commission illustration, along with a folder of unused images from the commission (size may vary).
